The Hilton Anaheim hotel is located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland® Resort. Reservation Policies
  • The first night’s room and tax deposit must be collected at the time of booking.  (Government's first night room and tax will be charged two weeks prior to arrival).
  • Negotiated rates are available three days prior and three days after the conference date.
  • The cancellation policy for your reservation is 72 hours prior to arrival.  If the reservation is not canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival, your one-night deposit will be forfeited.
Tax Policy
A State Hotel Occupancy tax and  tax assessment fee will be added to all rates on a per night basis.  Current tax rate is 15% occupancy tax + 2% Tourism Improvement District Fee + $1.17 per night.
Check-in Procedure
  • Guest must be 21 years or older to check-in to the hotel.
  • Check-in is officially at 4:00 PM. Earlier check–ins will be available dependent upon availability at the time of arrival.
  • The Bell Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Early Departure Fee

At the time of check-in, it is the attendee’s responsibility to inform the hotel of an early departure and failure to do so will result in an early departure fee of $75.
