Our defense strategy of Rebuilding the Military relies directly upon the capability, capacity and resilience of our defense industrial base (DIB), which has experienced weakness brought about by economic, technological, supply and policy challenges. This panel will discuss these challenges and the current initiatives enabling advanced manufacturing technologies to restore our DIB. Topics include the National Defense Industrial Strategy, investments across USD(R&E) and UAS(A&S), illuminating and securing the defense supply chain and managing the global economic competition environment.
