• The first night’s room and tax deposit must be collected at the time of booking. (Government reservations first night's room will be charged two weeks prior to arrival.)
  
• The cancellation policy for your reservation is 72 hours prior to arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 72 hours prior to arrival, your one-night deposit will be forfeited.
  
• Rates are based upon double occupancy. More than 2 guests in the suite can be accommodated for $35 per night per additional guest up to 4 total guests in the suite.
  
• Children 13 or older will be counted as an adult in terms of occupancy.

• 12% Nevada State Hotel Occupancy tax will be added to all rates on a per night basis.

• Guest must be 21 years or older to check in to the hotel.
  
• Check-in is officially at 3:00 PM and earlier check-ins will be available dependent upon suite availability at the time of arrival.
