Booth Rental Rate: $2,900 per 10'x10'

Exhibitor applications must include a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount of booth rental. Final payments are due within 45 days of application submittal.

Exhibit applications are being conducted online. When picking your space(s), it is important to pick at least 3 choices in the event that your first choice has already been assigned.

  • Attendee networking functions in the Exhibit Hall
  • Dedicated Exhibitor networking session
  • Company/Organization listing on the online exhibit hall layout with website link
  • Company/Organization listed in Final Program
  • Exhibitor prospectus listed on website
  • Two (2) exhibitor staff badges per each 10'x10' purchased
  • Exhibition Security
  • Standard 8-foot back drape and 3-foot side drape
  • SecureLead Retrieval System
  • Exhibitor Service Manual

Cancellations

Due to the rules and regulations, if an Exhibitor must cancel their booth space or a portion of their booth space after acceptance of the application, booth fees are non-refundable.
